I need some cash. Do those paypal surveys work and if they do how much do u make per survey?

i recently found a website that allows you to take survey and they reward you giving you money which goes to your paypal accout do any of you know more?

I told that person you got to be OUT OF YOUR MIND! if anything you get paid more because they don’t take out tax, health insurance etc. Am I right or wrong?
