What should I do if I get paid in 1/2 cash and the rest payroll check because I cant lose my job?
I know it is it is illeagal, but I if I report my boss I will get fired. I just need more direction from this awesome community.

You would think being that it is Christmas your employer would pay you on the Friday before but our boss is not the most employee friendly person. I have been told by law he is required to pay the day that comes before not after.
