I want to be able to get a pre-paid card or a cash card so that I can purchase goods mainly online. However, I want to be able to use my card to get cash from any ATM machine.
I don’t have no credit, I’m only 19 so i can’t get a credit card,but I know I can get a pre-paid card,I try netspend but after reading complaints I don’t want it nomore,is their any good pre-paid card?
