Get Paid To Take Survey Online

We overpaid vacation pay to an employee. Can we deduct this overpayment from the employee’s paycheck?

I’m curious if this is ever a legal practice. If a worker is being paid with cash and not a paycheck like all other employees. Because no money is being given for federal taxes/SS/medicare.
And what part would immigration play in this?
