If you get paid in cash and are trying to rent an apartment, how would you provide proof of funds?

My boyfriend works for this brother Landscaping company and is paid a cash salary. I actually have pay stubs to show my proof of income. When applying for an apartment you ar eobligated to provide proof of income. How will we be able to proof of income for my boyfriend if he is paid cash?

How get get a loan while getting paid cash in hand?

i am 19, i need a loan of about £2000.
i get paid cash in hand every week about £80-100 from the family business.
i have not got many personal assets. Just a car which is worth about £2000.
this loan will be repaid fully in 3 months. how do I get a loan?
