If I make money off a website and I have a fee I need to pay for the website, can I use the money I earn ?

Can I use the money I earn from the website to pay for the website? I’m making a website on adwords.
What if I don’t have a credit/debit card and I think you only pay with that. Can I still pay with the money I earn?
