Do you ever get tired of people answering questions here as if their opinion is fact?

I see so many people answer questions as if their opinion is fact. Words like “always, every, never, and none,” are typically part of the answer. Often they don’t even answer the question you ask and then someone else answers in a completely different way.

I know advice is worth what you pay for but what is it with people answering questions that they don’t know the answer to and acting like they do while they’re at it?

Do the believe themselves, are they just trying to make life difficult for other people, or is there something else going on?

I have this idea for a paid answer site and would like your opinion since all of you use this site everyday.

I am thinking of a site where anyone can join and answer questions within categories for free until they get a certain number of points. The points is based on what users (who ask questions) rate the experts. Points are assigned within categories. So once an expert attains a certain number of points, their answers will have to be paid for.

This way the people asking the question know that they are paying someone who others found useful within a category.

What do you think? Do you think you would pay someone even if it is a very small amount?

Its just seems like a spam kinda category for yahoo answers yes it can be fun but how long can that last? I use to when I joined back in the day answer questions here but I just go bored with in a week. Why do you people stay with it?

Is there a legitimate survey/questionnaire site that mails you a check each time you answer questions?

all of the surveys that I have seen are nothing but scams ! …wanting you to “join” a movie or book club..even a “Coffee” club !!!..anywhere that you can really just answer questions for money???

There is a program called ChaCha where you can send in questions by text messages then someone who works for the company answers them. (details at www.chacha.com)

It’s a perfect at home job for anyone to do in their spare time. You get paid by the answers you give.

However, I’m only 16 and you must be 18 to work with them and answer questions.

Does anyone know of any other program hiring teenagers that is similar to this?

Please do not give me a link to a survey website or tell me to get a real job. I already have a real job but I need extra money. I’m looking for a legitimate job not a scam.

Is KJT Group a legit organization?

I got a letter in the mail from KJT Group asking me to take a 3 day survey where I go to a site and answer questions and interact with other people taking it for about a half hour a day for three days. It’s finding out more about how high school students “use different types of information and media everyday as well as details on how students select a college or university to attend” and how they choose what colleges they wish to apply to.”
They are saying that they will pay me 50$ if I do it. I have gotten my name into the College Search feature of the College Board a while ago and many top universities have contacted me, as well as college related organizations. I figure that this is probably a legit thing, but I was just wondering if anyone had any info on the organization KJT Group and how they do things and if I can trust them to give me the 50$ and not steal any info from me?

I just want to fill out surveys without having to go to 50 other sponser sites to get paid I just want to answer actual questions and make real money. Every single one I’ve been to you have to at least sign up for two of their sponsers. What happened to actually getting paid for just giving your opinions. I think most of these sites on here are just crap. That there isn’t any legite sites out there for people at home just trying to make a little extra money. Heck I dont want to just get rich quick I just want to make money
