Get Paid To Take Survey Online

Ok, long story short, I recently made an online purchase with my debit card, mistakenly thinking I had enough money on the card to purchase it. I over drafted by a bit, and about a week later I paid the fees and closed the account. So has my purchase been paid for?

Im speaking from the agency standpoint, if someone pays the agency how does the agency report it to the credit bureaus without the bureaus knowing its just a fake letter? Do agencies have to register? And if a debtor takes an “account paid” letter to a CRA will that suffice as a paid account?
