You will find a handful of people claiming to make money. The truth is that for more than 99% of participants, it is a complete waste of time.
Good question to ask: What are the MEDIAN earnings of participants (how much does the person in the middle make)?
Those checks on blogspot sure are pretty, but how many thousand of people never earn enough to collect a check?

never pay to make money thats a scam that has hurt the legitimate paid survey sites. Taking paid surveys is a job and I have never had to pay an employer to get the job…..
Do you want to learn whether a person can really make money taking surveys online? I am here to tell you that, yes this is certainly a legitimate way to earn money on the internet, as I have experienced receiving paychecks from survey websites myself. What I need to do is to give my honest opinions to the questions asked by the companies, and I get paid because the companies eventually benefit hugely from my opinions.
1. How Much Money Can A Person Taking Surveys Make?
The average survey pays me about $3 each, but I have had surveys paying me up to $25 each before. It entirely depends on the length of the questionnaire and the type of questions asked. If there are more open ended questions instead of ‘yes or no’ questions, you can expect to get paid more for it.
2. Who Would Want To Pay You To Take Surveys?
There are many big companies with advertising budget who are using paid surveys as a form of market research. Because of the widespread of internet technology today, companies no longer need to send out representatives to conduct surveys in shopping malls. Nowadays, surveys are sent to contacts through email, which eliminates a lot of costs for the company.
3. My Experience with Make Money Taking Surveys Site
Having tried many survey sites, I would say that most sites really give you for what you pay for. My first experiences were with free survey sites, but their compensation was in the form of sweepstakes which I never won any. I then joined a paid survey site and started to receive surveys that paid me every time I completed one of them.
If you plan to get serious with this business, I would highly recommend you to sign up for a new and separate email account for this purpose. When the survey sites start sending you a lot of email, they can get lost quite easily if you receive them straight to your personal email account.
4. Conclusion
Making money with surveys is possible but not an easy business by any means. You still get paid for each survey you do, so your salary depends entirely on the number of surveys you complete. If you treat it like a real business and dedicate time to work it every day, you can start earning a decent income from home easily.
The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay before you can get these surveys.
Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics — e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old — and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey — you’re definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.
Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don’t earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

You should try this site, I’ve tried it personally and already have $25 from 4 days of use in my spare time:
http://www.points2shop.com/index.php?ref=uin123648809379826
At this site, you can take surveys (or complete “offers” which are very similar) and get points or cash in return. If you choose to receive points, you can use those points to buy anything on Amazon.com (100 = $1.00 and a survey is typically 70-90 points) If you choose to receive cash, you can cash out via paypal, check, etc — there are lots of options.
Make sure to read up on tips and advice to make sure your offers actually credit (there are resources on the site for this). You can search google or youtube about it — it has a really good rep and a lot of proof. (You can choose to have your points convert to cash or use them in Amazon.com)
If you have any problems with it (it’s confusing until you get the hang of it, imo) just hit me up or send me an email.
Good luck!
