unemployed and pregnant, ways to make some money?

i am currently unemployed and 7 months pregnant, i worked up until a month ago, then they let me go. what are some ways to make some money? i heard theres ways to take surveys and get paid, but i dont want to get the scammed ones. does anybody know any legit survey sites?

the father works full time, but i need money for my own pocket! i have money in the bank, but thats for emergencies, the father pays all the bills, but i want money for simple things like, gas money, etc.

    Are you eligible for unemployment? hell you paid into it when you were working, why not set up a claim?

  5. Most web sites that claim you can make money by taking surveys are scams. It will be a waste of your time and possibly your money. (I saw a case on Judge Judy not too long ago where a man was suing a relative because the relative asked him to cash a check from one of these “survey” places on the internet that turned out to be a scam. The check looked legit but as it turns out it wasn’t.) The only way to make money without being scammed is to get a real job. Because you are pregnant this might be difficult for employers knowing that you will have to take maternity leave soon. Put in applications wherever you can and try to get government assistance. There are several programs available that help with cost of food, rent, heating expenses, health insurance, anything you can think of. Where is the father of the baby in all of this? Can he help in any way?

    I dont know of any survey sites but other ways to make money would be selling unwanted items on ebay… its great, I have sold 2 guitars, a keyboard, some books and a playstation 2 with over 50 games and got about £550 for the lot :)
