Do you own a Laptop/Notebook?
Yes, a nice 14 inch one that’s decently portable, but that I use mostly at home, and more for entertainment than for work. And also a tiny netbook, way more portable, way longer battery life
If yes, Do you have issues with battery life span?
I’d love it if my 14 inch’s battery were longer – it’s like an hour and a half. Netbook’s battery is 3 hours, which is barely sufficient, but I can deal.
How long would youu want battery life to last?
As long as possible! If you want to market a battery by itself, I think you’d need to make it last at least 5 hours.
How much would you be willing to pay for an eco-friendly, “hybrid” battery? Solar power compatible as well as Electrically chargeable?
I’m not so much about eco-friendly as I am about convenience. I only care if it’s convenient for me, haha.

How much would you be willing to pay for a hiybrid battery?
I go on long trips a lot, and I’m really dependent on my laptop, so I’d personally be willing to pay double or even triple what a normal battery costs. However, given the state of the economy right now… a hybrid battery is kinda a luxury. You’re not going to be able to charge that much for it.
Do you suggest any improvements?
How are you going to get the solar panel on there? It seems like having a separate panel attachment (seems like it’d have to be pretty sizable) would be bulky, hard to carry, and completely defeat the purpose of a laptop/netbook. They’re supposed to be easily portable. So I’m not sure what you’re going to do about that…
If you just mean solar-chargeable, as in you wouldn’t actually get any extra battery time out of the solar cell [by that I mean "if you use it outside on a sunny day in Nevada, your battery lasts forever!], I’d be less willing to buy it.
Good luck
