They allow you to make the money by refering people to the site, usually up to $.50 at most per person you refer. Then they take the survey you filled out, and give them to the real companies looking for real surveys for some, but not too much money each. It's hard to find a real company looking for surveys with all the scams out there. Most likely, real companies won't pay you $5 to $75 per survey. Maybe something like $1 or $2.
