Is this e-mail a scam?
I recently got this e-mail:

Believe it or not, your opinion is worth a paycheck.

Knowing that they won’t get our help for free, companies are willing to pay
people like you good money (up to $100 an hour) for their opinions,
because they know they will generate even more profits for themselves.

the comfort of your own home.
Get paid $50 to $150 for participating in focus group panels for 30 to 60
minutes.
Get paid to take phone surveys and you can earn as much as $120 an hour.
Participate in a focus group in your area and earn up to $600 for half a
day.
Have new products sent to you before they are released on the market.

It seems scam-ish to me, but I don’t know, what do you all think?
Sound like a scam to me also. Especially if they start asking personal info then you know to watch out.

Scam.
Usually those are scams because there’s a catch. You can fill out surveys, but they only give you enough to earn $25 or so and never give new surveys. Then, they require something like $75 minimum to claim your money. They allow you to make the money by refering people to the site, usually up to $.50 at most per person you refer. Then they take the survey you filled out, and give them to the real companies looking for real surveys for some, but not too much money each. It’s hard to find a real company looking for surveys with all the scams out there. Most likely, real companies won’t pay you $5 to $75 per survey. Maybe something like $1 or $2.
I’d be careful about this. Don’t give any personal information out.
There are services that pay you to take surveys though. Email cash is one of them.
Probably a scam but there are online survey companies who do pay you for completing surveys.
I earn approx. $200 a year from them in Australia.
