How to earn money a good way?

I’m trying to earn some money because I’ saving up to buy a DSi. My mother doesn’t give me an allowance and she says it’s because of the mortgage and bills and she’s in debt. My dad doesn’t believe in giving allowance because he thinks you should be able to help out your own family and not have to get paid. What are some ways that I could earn goodddd money.
