how can i earn money?

im 14 and i need to earn money to pay for a new english saddle for my horse. when i was in kentucky i found this stuuben saddle that i fell in love with. too bad it was 4600 dollars. my parents told me to use my own money if i wanted it. i already have some saved up. but i need to know an easy way i can get more. thanks(:

  1. Here’s what i used to do at my home town :
    I would go around and ask my neighbours if they needed services or random odd jobs.
    Also, you can go around and ask people if they want you to mow their lawns.
    post an ad at the local bowling alley, bingo club, etc, for babysitting
    house watch, water plants
    Yard work
    Bake sale
    Garage sale
    Paper route
    Stuff like that

  9. At your age, many places won’t opt to hire you. You should tap into your personal connections and find who will pay you to conduct a basic service.

    Babysitting, yardwork, local YMCA, foodstores, fast food, etc….

  15. Try posting an ad at the local bowling alley, bingo club, etc, for babysitting. Anywhere adults hang out in groups and would need a babysitter is a great place to post an ad .

  19. well my sister walks dogs and babys stits for peaple and i mow lawns and we are both 14 so ya i hope it helps… but it might not

  20. Save up enough money and then go to the bank and put it into a CD account, basically they take it for 6 months but pay you interest. Usually the minimum to open these types of accounts is something like $1000, but after 6 months (or however long you agree too), you might have $100 more for doing nothing.

    Then, there is always online poker.

  21. i mow lawns but i would also suggest babysitting rich peoples kids they always pay a lot and if they ask for a price make it high but not too much but they will probably pay you good but 4600 is a lot. You could be a prostatute lol jk

    i collect over $100 dollars in change, just keep at it and eventually you’ll get enough

  23. THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY!!! Do you realize you could save up that money, and then get a car when you turn 16. Or by 7 scooters. I think you should stick with the saddle you have.

  24. Do you have any old saddles or tack. If so ebay! I sold an old kids saddle of 186.00 !

    My daughter worked at the stable she took lessons at mucking stalls. Not pretty but at 14 it’s a job! She got $7.00 an hour.
