Are there ways to make money without a job?
I need money, and quick! I am supposed to study abroad next year in Europe, but my parents told me they won’t pay for it. The total cost for this exchange is around $5000-$6000. However, I am too young to work, and I am only 15. How can I quickly make money (do NOT say online surveys!) if I can’t get a job?

You only have to be 14 to get a work permit.
It takes a long time to save that kind of money unless you have an excellent job. Being 15 I doubt that you will make more than minimum wage.
If your parents won’t help then I guess you are not going.

On the bright side, I met a women who was in charge of the Kitchen at the hospital I worked at and she got a degree in food and restaurant management and it didn’t cost her anything. How she did this was she went to companies and told them what she wanted to do with her life and a company paid for her whole college education and she had to work for them for several years after she graduated.
From my understanding she had to keep up a superior grade average and if it fell below their required standards they would no longer pay “and she would have to pay back all their money.”and she had to sign a contract that she would work for them for so many years after she graduated.
Just maybe you can find some company like that.
Well I think that you can start to deliver newspaper door to door. Or you can babysit. There are some places that will hire a 15 year old. My cousin she is only in grade nine & she got herself a job. Plus you can do some stuff around the house to make some money.
You can get a work permit at 14 in most states.
Does the program have any scholarships or other funds available that you can apply for?
Are your parents refusing to pay because they can’t afford it, or because they don’t want you to go? If it’s the latter you might be able to convince them, but if it’s the former, we can’t always get everything we want.
