Get Paid To Take Survey Online

I have a Mid-Term Case in my Comp and Benefits class and this is whats required:

Your company Mega Insurance sells a broad line of property and casualty insurance to consumers in the Midwestern US. It is headquartered in Chicago IL and has branch offices in IL, MO, IA, KS, IN, and OH. They have always paid a strict commission as a compensation plan, and provided health insurance for employees and families. The founder Mr. Bruce Burton recently retired and his new replacement (Dirk Henthorne) wants a recommendation for a new compensation and benefits plan.

Your job as a consultant to his company is to recommend a plan that helps attract and retain a high quality sales force. First, do a salary and benefits survey (online) to get some idea of competitive pay and benefit plans. Then draft a proposal for Mr. Henthorne to take to his board.
